Off earning today. Just a thought … there are complicated instruments that control vital functions in our life that can't work according to their specifications, but they do. An example might be found in two capacitors in-line that have exactly the same specifications. The deal is that you can't build two capacitors that are exactly alike. So … when the system is charged, a slight flow of current between the capacitors energizes the instrument, causing it to behave in the intended fashion. Aren't organizations a bit like that?
